Both sessions are a traditional

50-minute therapeutic counselling session and will give you the freedom to experience counselling from wherever

you are.

Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype (depending on what suits you)

Person Centred Creative Arts Counselling

This is a 50-minute therapeutic session which is a specific style of counselling working with varying types of images that bring messages from the unconscious into awareness. 

This is an opportunity to gain valuable insight, leading to growth and self-awareness.

Outdoor
Eco Therapy Consultation

This is a 50-minute therapeutic session.

We will work outdoors, in and around Porth, Newquay, sometimes walking and sometimes sitting.

When the English weather gets in the way we can either brave it and use it to our advantage, rearrange it or move to online/telephone.

The choice is yours.
