This is a free

20-minute telephone chat which provides you with the opportunity to make enquiries, ask questions and to get an idea as to whether counselling with me is for you.

Both sessions are a traditional

50-minute therapeutic counselling session and will give you the freedom to experience counselling from wherever

you are.

Online options are:

Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype (depending on what suits you)

This is a 1 hour session offering a supportive and collaborative session to reflect, discover and grow.   

 

This is an opportunity to gain valuable insight into your practice, deepen your self-awareness, and explore ways to support yourself and your work as a therapist using creativity.

This is a 50-minute therapeutic session.

 

We will work outdoors, in and around Porth, Newquay, sometimes walking and sometimes sitting.

 

When the English weather gets in the way we can either brave it and use it to our advantage, rearrange it or move to online/telephone.

The choice is yours.
